The Ski Centar Kozuf is located on Kozuf Mountain near the mountain village Bohula (Boula), situated at a level of 1500 m to 1700 m above sea level based on the Momina Cuka locality, with the mountain peak of Zelenbreg at 2208 meters and 100 meters from the Greek Border.
The resort is located 33 kilometers from Gevgelia, 148 kilometers from Skopje, 99 kilometers from Thessaloniki and 118 kilometers from Thessaloniki Airport.
Currently, there is a 19 km long asphalted road from Gevgelia to the Konjsko village, a non completed road section of 1,5 km to the tourist settlement Smrdliva Voda and currently a new road is being built, with an overall length of 13 km, from Smrdliva Voda to the resort complex (the project is supported by the government).

The municipalities of Kavadarci and Gevgelija, extend to the southern part of the Republic of Macedonia and share a border with the Republic of Greece. Near Gevgelia is the road border crossing Bogorodica-Evzoni on the international highway E-75 and the railroad border crossing Gevgelia-Idomeni.
The resort complex will be connected through the regional road 112 to Gevgelija (33 km long) as well Kavadarci 40 km and from here will be the connecting junction to other national and international places – north to Yugoslavia, east to Bulgaria, south to Greece and west to Albania, through the international highway E-75 of the Republic of Macedonia. The nearest international railroad station is positioned in Gevgelija, 33 km away from the ski center and there will be a resort center bus connecting the resort and ski center daily with the train station and the Evzoni-Gevgelija border post (international border with Greece).
The nearest international airports are: the airport in Thessaloniki which is 110 km far away and the airport in Skopje which is 130 km away from the ski center. Helicopter transport will connect these airports with the resort owned and operated heliport for paying and high stake casino patrons and any person who wishes to use this service. Helicopter service to Thessaloniki airport is 39 air miles and to Skopje airport is 47 air miles with an approximate flying time of 25 to 30 minutes, respectively.
